Action is governed: reversible steps run immediately with an undo at hand; high-risk steps have no auto-execute branch — consequences are stated first, approval is item by item, and every step leaves a receipt.

Understanding is a ledger, not a vibe. Each long-term memory shows where it came from, when, how confident the system is, and where it applies — and you can correct any entry.
Delegate a task and the twin turns it into an explicit, step-by-step plan. It stops the moment a budget is exceeded, and what it cannot do it says out loud — steps are never silently skipped.
Make it in the conversation, keep it in your Treasure Box
Say what you want and the work starts right in the conversation — no detour to a separate tool. What you make — web pages, code, images, short clips, documents, skills — is kept in your Treasure Box (百宝箱): find it again, keep working on it, list it on the marketplace, or share it. For longer productions, a coding-engineering line and a short-drama production line turn missions into working software and finished episodes; in these production domains, you choose which model does the work.
Works can be listed and earn a metered, per-use revenue share. A personal twin can itself be listed as a service once it is measurably like you — a high, published bar (the metric is still being calibrated; this category opens in stages) — a qualification earned by living with the product, not bought.
OneOneTalk started as the language-learning app 11Talk, and that capability stays and grows: Snow's video courses — each combining video lessons, AI practice, and homework under one license and one progress track — plus standalone AI scenario courses, and real-time voice conversation for speaking practice — plus real-time voice conversation for speaking.
Privacy is sealed by default and every exception leaves a visible trace. Minors are served in a compliant growth mode; virtual-romance features are for adults only. The rules live in the system's structure, where goodwill cannot erode them.

Is OneOneTalk just another AI chatbot?
No. Chat is only the entrance; the system underneath is memory with evidence, missions with governance, artifacts, and a shared chronicle. A chatbot answers and forgets. A twin remembers verifiably, acts accountably, and carries a history you can both point to.
I used 11Talk for language learning — does my account still work?
Yes. The account system carries over seamlessly: sign in with your original 11Talk account. The learning capability is kept and upgraded — video courses, AI scenario practice, and real-time voice conversation, described on the 课程 courses page (Chinese).
What does it cost?
There is a free way in, subscriptions for regular use, and a compute credit called One — the unit the twin spends when it does work for you. This page deliberately quotes no numbers; current plans and prices are on the in-app pricing page.

Richard Zhao (赵翌捷), from Taiwan, founded OneOneTalk in November 2024 and serves as Founder & CEO, alongside 20 co-founders. What he set out to build is not another chat assistant, but a personal AI OS (AgentOS) — so that everyone can have another self.
Why a digital twin, not a chatbot: he defines the smallest unit of value as "an event correctly understood, completed together, verifiable, and consequential" — not a message.
